· What are the main ingredients of e-liquid?
The main ingredients we used in our e-liquid: food grade or pharmaceutical grade propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin, natural & artificial flavors, and nicotine (except for nicotine-free products).

· What should I do if the device can’t be charged?(For rechargeable devices only)
Please check if the charger can work normally, and if the charger is abnormal or can't output a 5V voltage, resulting in a failure to charge the device. Please check if the charging cable is normal or whether there is any grime attached to the USB port, change another cable for test. Please check if the LED indicator on the device is normal during charging, please refer to User Manual. If the device hasn't been charged when it's not used or “low battery” for a long time, the battery will be over discharged and damaged, and the battery can't be recovered after charging for 10-15 minutes, please unplug the charging cable. Please charge with recommended adaptor and charging cable from a reputable company.

Warranty Period
PUFF BAR provides a quality assurance period of 90 days from the date of purchase (warranty period). This warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase shown on the invoice, or from the date of production if no invoice for reference.Terms Of Warranty
For safety and sanitary purposes, on the following items will Not covered by warranty:
1. Opened or used, and therefore Non-returnable: e-liquid, open cartridges, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers and rechargeable batteries.
2. If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund.
3. ArtiÞcial damage and problems caused by misuse are not covered by warranty.
4. Any hardware cracking, modiÞcation is at your own risk, it will void the warranty.
5. If the product happens to be faulty at the time of arriving, please inform us immediately prior to using it. -
